Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI) is currently looking for a Engine Managemsnt Systems Manager to lead Engine Calibration team. These include: develop in vehicle calibration for drivability and emissions compliances and collaborating with Engineering Design to calibrate and test new components to assure that drivabilitiy, fuel economy and emission targets are met.
Develop in vehicle calibration for emissions compliance during road or dynamometer (dyno) testing.
Consult with vendors to develop software and hardware that will reduce overall emissions.
Collaborate with Engineering Design and Performance Test Team to establish and reach performance targets for drivability, fuel economy, emissions and diagnostics.
Train and mentor calibration engineers by sharing knowledge gained from years of experience.
Prioritize and schedule Emissions Lab vehicle activity as well as manage Chassis Emissions lab (Instrumentation, .
Coordinate EMS vehicle usage among Powertrain development groups.
Support other Management requests as they occur.
Prepare, track and report status of annual budgets.
Create and present technical reports as assigned.
Perform administrative functions such as purchasing requests, timecard, vacation requests, travel requests, etc.
Travel up to 20% of time domestically and internationally.
Required
Experience:
Bachelor of science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar related degree. Post graduate degree preferred. (Masters or Doctorate)

years experience in Vehicle Calibration /or chassis Dyno Development
Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
Experience working in culturally diverse team environment is a plus
