Partner with development and design teams
Develop scalable and reliable code for new and existing projects
You''ll provide technical and creative insight throughout the development process
Write and conduct tests

Strong full stack development and OOP experience (architectural experience a BIG PLUS!)
Experience with MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture.
Experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS
Strong experience with server-side JS such as node.js, coffeescript and/or express
Strong experience with client-side dev. such as Jade, Bootstrap, jQuery, and/or Backbone.js
Experience with version control/Git
Strong experience with AWS
Experience with NoSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
Knowledge of Stylus CSS
Experience and/or advance knowledge of algorithm development with elasticSearch
Ability to work and communicate well within cross-functional teams
A passionate self-starter who can solve complex problems independently
Leadership and mentor qualities always encouraged!
VERY Nice to Haves:
Advance experience with all of the above
Software Architecture experience
Mobile dev. experience
