Warehouse Transportation Scheduler

CoWorx has partnered with a nationwide logistics company in Ypsilanti, MI who is looking to add transportation schedulers to their team! o Schedule, coordinate and monitor drivers and equipment to ensure daily transportation operations run safely, efficiently and on time o Assist in developing, planning and modifying daily schedules, and notifying customer service and the operations manager about the status of shipments o Properly monitor shipments for customers to ensure on time, accurate and satisfactory deliveries o Troubleshoot and proactively resolve shipment discrepancies as needed o Enter data into the transportation management system, and maintain and generate required reports; properly process, audit and file various documentation o Communicate with customers, employees, and the management team to ensure necessary requirements are metDesired Background/o Customer Service experience o Computer skills o Experience with MS Office, Excel, Word o Must be at least 18 years of age o Must be able to work overtimeOther These are temporary to hire positions paying $16.
50 an hour.
The schedule is Sunday to Thursday and there are two shifts available - 12:
00pm to 8:
30pm or 5:
00pm to 1:
30am.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
