Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Product Photographer, Marketing Coordinator, and Documentation Specialist to join our team.
This individual will play a crucial role in showcasing our materials and products through stunning photography, coordinating marketing efforts, and documenting internal processes and project installations.
Responsibilities:
1.
Conduct studio photography of material samples, ensuring high-quality images that accurately represent the products.
2.
Enter material information into our product app, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
3.
Organize, label, count, and document samples being sent to the material bank, ensuring proper tracking and inventory management.
4.
Utilize reports from the material bank to determine the popularity of styles and coordinate the production of samples to restock in-demand items.
5.
Upload images and videos to our social media platforms for marketing purposes, engaging our audience and promoting our products effectively.
6.
Assist in maintaining contacts for email marketing campaigns and create engaging email blasts to reach our customer base.
7.
Conduct product demonstrations during design meetings, showcasing the features and benefits of our materials and products.
8.
Assist in maintaining and updating the company website, ensuring that product information and imagery are current and engaging.
9.
Maintain photography equipment, ensuring it is properly cared for and ready for use at all times.
10.
Assist with product sampling and maintain an adequate sample stock for demonstrations and customer requests.
11.
Participate in trade shows, representing the company and showcasing products to potential clients.
12.
Occasional travel to project installation sites to document installations and provide support as needed.
13.
Assist with documenting internal processes using photography and videography, creating visual materials for training and reference purposes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing studio work.
- Proficiency in photography equipment and editing software (Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with social media marketing and email campaigns is a plus.
- Knowledge of website maintenance and basic HTML/CSS is desirable.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and project installations.
- Experience in documenting processes through photography and videography is preferred.
