Requirements:
Gather required forms from physicians, pharmacies, residents and authorized representatives.
Meet with the residents and family members to sign contracts.
Organizing resident's legal charts and maintain compliance with state requirements.
Train on touring the building and follow through with tours of potential clients.
Meet directly with the Nursing team and Marketing.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and potential residents to gather necessary documentation and complete admission paperwork.
Ensure all admissions meet regulatory requirements and comply with facility policies and procedures.
Coordinate with various departments to facilitate a smooth transition for new residents, including arranging transportation, coordinating room assignments, and assisting with personal belongings.
Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to admissions, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
Reports directly to the Marketing Director.
At minimum1 yr experience in the clerical, and healthcare field required.
