Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained - Answer phone calls and provide accurate information to guests or direct them to the appropriate department - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately - Process payments and maintain guest accounts - Assist with reservations and inquiries, providing excellent customer service - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met - Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a similar role preferred - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment - Knowledge of project coordination and event planning is a plus - Familiarity with Google Suite or similar software is desirable - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
