Candidates must be able to interact with patients, social workers and caregivers and communicate driver updates and schedule changes in a timely manner.
Responsibilities include:
Confirming daily patient appointments Scheduling transportation via call-in and email requests Filling out data excel sheets Monitoring daily schedule for delays and cancellations Staying up-to-date with weather and traffic reports that may impact transportation Communicating with drivers to update them on patient status Ideal Candidates should have the following:
Knowledge and familiarity with the Washtenaw County Area High School Degree/GED equivalency Professional, courteous demeanor At least 1
year Customer Service experience Valid Driver's License Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Word Proficiency in RoutingBox software is preferred Job Type:
