The ideal candidate will possess great leadership qualities, multitasking skills in terms of being able to handle the loads associated with a high paced environment , ability to train your staff, and most importantly keeping everyone motivated to work together and service every customer as you would like to be treated.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities Oversee guest services and resolve issues Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation Train and manage kitchen personnel Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service or other related fields Strong leadership qualities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and communication skills Strong attention to detail This is not your typical fast food establishment, this is a fast paced family dining experience and all your food is cooked to order.
