- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide assistance in selecting the right products - Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends - Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives - Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively demonstrate and explain technical features of products - Proficient in English (additional languages, such as Spanish, is a plus) - Previous experience in electronics sales or jewelry sales is preferred We offer competitive compensation, including commission-based incentives, as well as opportunities for career growth within our company.
