Summary:
A Busser responsability is to clear, clean and sets tables in the restaurant.
Ensure breakfast buffet is clean, and wiped down when needed.
Floors to be swept and moped as needed and before shift ends.

Clears dish or glassware from tables during service.
Cleans and sets tables in between guests.
