Main Campus General Summary The Director of Enrollment Technology is pivotal in overseeing and optimizing technology systems integral to enrollment management.
This position is responsible for managing the integration of the Student Information System (SIS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, ensuring efficient and effective processes that enhance the enrollment experience of prospective students and provide operational efficiency within the organization.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities Direct all aspects of technology management and control for the internal operations of the department.
System Integration- Lead the integration efforts of the SIS & CRM tools, ensuring seamless and secure data flow and information sharing between the systems.
System Planning- Develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with EMU's goals and supports student recruitment, admissions, and retention efforts.
Data Management & Reporting- Oversee data management and reporting processing, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.
Assist in making data-driven decisions.
Project Management- Manage technology projects related to enrollment management systems, including software upgrades, customizations, and enhancements.
Vendor Relationships- Collaborate with vendors and manage relationships to optimize system performance.
Training and Support- Provide training and support to staff and end-users of the enrollment technology systems.
Collaboration- Collaborate with enrollment management team members, faculty, staff, and IT teams to align technology initiatives with departmental goals.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field is required.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Master's degree is preferred.
