The ideal candidate will answer phone and in-person inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
They will provide accurate information to callers or direct them to the appropriate personnel.
The ideal candidate must be able to proficiently use Microsoft Word, Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Google Docs as well as other office equipment.
This position is M-F 9:
00 am-5:
30 pm The Gilbert Residence provides basic nursing care to 32 residents.
Supportive Living, Assisted Living and Specialized Dementia care to 58 residents.

DUTIES Greet and screen guests to the facility.
Answer Phones, screen calls, take messages Schedule appointments & prepare staffing schedule Process new-hire paperwork/ back ground checks under the direction of Human Resources Prepare and process checks and cash for deposit Assist with social media outreach and postings Prepare monthly newsletter Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED equivalent Must have a pleasant, professional and friendly demeanor Must have working knowledge of Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills Must be familiar with office equipment such as fax machine, computer, multi-line telephone and postage machines.
Must be reliable.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
