We produce all of our printed apparel in our Main factory in Michigan & with 172,000 SF of screen printing and embroidery production and over 250

We serve both B2C and B2B customers such as non profits, retailers, and Universities through our store and office locations across the United States.
Additionally we help brands and licensors sell online both through company branded and marketplace websites.
The Chief of Staff will be a member of the Support Staff Team reporting to the CEO.
This position is classified as in person reporting to Underground Printing HQ located at 1476 Seaver Way, Ypsilanti MI.
Reporting directly to this position are other assistants along with those departments and functions deemed relevant to the associated processes.
Specific responsibilities include:
Manage executive management calendars and meetings Maintain schedule, including day-to-day and long-term management of meetings, projects, and priorities Coordinate and manage special projects, including working collaboratively with staff to ensure projects meet deadlines Arrange domestic and international travel including air, hotel, and ground transportation Coordinate purchasing items on behalf of the CEO Manage all aspects of Senior Management meetings and conferences including catering and meeting materials and keeping executives on time and prepared Assist with organization of CEO's office (files, binders, receipts, etc.
) Draft and edit correspondence, articles, reports, and presentations; transcribe meeting notes Generate internal and external communications for the CEO Serve as event planner and coordinator for corporate and vendor events specifically related to the Senior Management Team Maintain event and travel budgets Proactively manage and organize personal email categorizing for urgency and confidentiality Effectively manage multiple changing priorities in fast-paced environment Work effectively, across multiple departments, Finance, HR, Safety, Marketing and Operations, etc Managing and prioritizing emails and calendars for executive management.
Assist the CEO with financial analysis and decision making.
Organize cultural employee events Coach and mentor Administrative Assistants Any other related duties as assigned by executive management This is a full-time, salaried position with paid time off & paid holidays! Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 3-5 years of experience as an executive administrative assistant, senior executive assistant, or similar position Exceptional verbal and written communications skills exhibiting discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision Ability to remain calm, gracious and handle situations under pressure Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness Proven organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Ability to follow multi-step instructions and take initiative some travel may be required Must be data driven, ability to organize and analyze data Technical skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) Strong knowledge of programs and apps such as (Doodle, G-suite and gmail, WhatsApp, etc.
