Machine Operator Assistant is responsible for building perf cylinders, changing perf blades and entering information into data capture.
You will also be preparing and hanging rolls for splices, cutting product into stacks and stacking product on to racks or crates.
This position is also responsible for assisting the Folder Operators as needed.
Experience:
Mechanically inclined Demonstrated ability to differentiate between different types of stock, and quality issues Demonstrated ability to review/understand game specifications and translate that information to help set up the folder Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and work on a team Demonstrated reliability (e.
g.
Working with minimal supervision, attendance) Intermediate computer skills:
experience using a database or spreadsheet software, and entering data accurately Understanding of and consistent adherence to Health Safety, Quality and Security policies This is a temporary to hire opportunity.
