For over 40 years, American Photo Marketing has been the professional photography choice for schools and colleges in Southeast Michigan.
We photograph school portraits from preschool through high school, high school seniors, as well as many college and high school graduation ceremonies.
Job Description We have an opening in our Customer Service department for an entry level representative.
This position will assist customers over the phone, via email and ticket system.
Duties Duties are to include but are not limited to:
Assist Customers Timely response to all communication (emails, calls, texts, tickets) from customers.
Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate growth.
Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution.
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
Represent APM in a professional manner at all times.
Display confidence and professionalism even during times of stress and in difficult situations.
Skills and
Experience:
Pass our background checks Able to work Monday-Friday Detail oriented and organized Strong computer skills a plus Punctuality and reliability is a must.
