We are looking for a customer service representative with an outgoing personality.
Pay scale will depend on prior experience and knowledge.
Responsibilities As a Midas customer service representative, you will manage customer interaction and assign tasks to service technicians in the operation of the shop, including:
Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers Following up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times etc.
Oversee complete vehicle inspections and then make comprehensive recommendations--building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop service specials Oversee technicians' inspections and forms for accuracy and completion Maintain inventory counts Overall cleanliness and organization of the office and customer waiting area End of day check-out Other duties as assigned Qualifications Basic computer skills required General automotive knowledge is a plus - but not required Excellent customer service disposition Good communication skills Leadership ability Team building skills Shop is closed on Sundays.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
